"Kelly (fabulously stylish woman who works upstairs in the women’s section) is an absolute god send. I came in at 7:30 pm and grabbed like 8 dresses. Tried them all on and by 7:43 I was frustrated and empty handed. They closed at 8 and Kelly asked what I was looking for. What I liked. What I hadn’t liked about the ones I tried on. Then she suggested 6 options and sent me to the dressing room at 7:51 pm. I left with two solid options and she got me checked out at exactly 8:00 pm."
"What is it with all your rude sales staff?!?! 1 female with blonde hair was nice, 2 others were SO RUDE. 1 carried on a conversation while I was waiting to be rung up and had an attitude as big as her hair. Extremely disappointed in the attitudes of the staff."
"Every time I visit this location- o am never greeted by any sales staff or can find anyone interested i helping. I have to search for someone to check out at a cashier station. I usually have to take my clothing choices from the second floor down to cosmetics or purses to find someone willing to be a cashier. Last week I watched a Woman ask for assistance reaching a blouse on a high rack and heard the sales associate say she would be with her as soon as she finished filling an “online order”. Poor client experience for all."
"I had help from a lady in the clothing department that spoke Ukrainian I think her name was tamara and she was so sweet and great. I loved her service and made me feel so welcomed. I then had help with a lady who sold me Versace perfume. Absolutely funny lady and definitely knew what she was talking about."
