"Should get a negative 5 stars for the poor service and lack of cashiers. Walked around after getting a prescription filled to purchase something else and did not see anyone up at the front. When the one girl did see me she turned around immediately and scurried behind the photo development section. They would not accept my insurance at the pharmacy counter so I had to pay out of pocket for that. All in all just really garbage service and employees."

"Called the pharmacy at 1 and put on hold for over twenty minutes. They just kept putting me on hold. I guess lunch break starts at 1 and not 1:30 as they say. Totally unprofessional this place. Go somewhere else. They get a zero star from me."

"This is the absolutely worst retail/pharmacy on the planet. They have no respect for the pharmacy patient. Every time I call I am put on hold and after about 5 minutes you can hear them pick up the phone and hang it up. If it was only one time that I had experienced this then it would not be a big deal, but every time I call!!! There are so many other problems with this store that I can’t even list them all. This store should be closed down and reorganized with new management. I have used this store for many years but I won’t any longer. All of my prescriptions will be moved one block away to CVS."

"I just want to say knowing a close friend that worked for the fulfillment department for Walgreens is very disturbing of what I saw tonight . This store needs to be shut down immediately for what I witnessed tonight. The African American brown skinned complex man with dreads that is employed there at night threatened a disabled woman with a firearm , that he ran to his car to retrieve. The fact that he verbally attacked a woman with his coworker was so tasteless.He verbally threatened and lied to the cops about what happened. He hid the firearm in the store. So I guess it’s Walgreens policy now tjst an employee get to verbally attack a disabled person with a firearm. The police department should’ve did more than what was justified. Please review the cameras and send a secret shopper. This type of behavior was unacceptable. This guy isn’t representing Walgreens the correct way. This store will never run properly if that guy is still employed there. Praying for the lady tonight because the employees were all against her. Her life could’ve been lost all because an employee was having a bad night."

"My worst pharmacy experience ever. I made an appointment for 1220 to get vaccines and filled out all my paperwork online and was told to bring my health insurance card. I showed up at 12:05 like they asked me to but no one even spoke to me until 1250 even though they had eight people working behind the counter. At this point, I realized that they would not be able to give me my vaccines unless I had prescription insurance which I do not carry a card for it I’ve never had to use it any other pharmacy. I just walked out and told him I would figure it out somewhere else because it was ridiculous and I was not told I needed to bring prescription Insurance."
