"Been wanting to try these for a while. I was super disappointed. I'm willing to bet that store bought mix tastes better than these cupcakes. I tried the red velvet. The cake part tastes like water, no sweet or velvet type taste whatsoever. The icing was not cream cheese, it didn't have a good taste either. Overall I'd never eat anything from there again. Very mid."
"I wasn’t going to say anything but I have too! I’ve been here plenty of times now, and every time I go into this store I’m not greeted and it smells like they mop the floor with some strong chemical. It’s overwhelming the cupcakes are always dry and steal plus they taste like whatever’s on the floor. I’ve been compensated before only to go back and still have the same experience. I asked this last time do y’all bake these cupcakes fresh they say yes everyday, but every time I eat one they suck, and I’ve been to different locations it shouldn’t taste so bad! I think they keep the old cupcakes out until they sell. I’m so upset because I love small cakes but not this location."
"This location has been an issue since undergoing new owners! They do not care about correcting their mistakes and do not follow through on orders as they should. I was called the day before the cake was to be picked up that they couldn’t deliver on what I paid for and I was willing to work with them but to my surprise, we were sold a 6 inch cake at $45 that was to be strawberry cake, strawberry icing and strawberry filling. They sold us a cake that wasn’t cooked and wasn’t edible! I messaged them immediately and never to this day have been contacted or replied too. Stay away from this awful place and go to any other location."
"Our whole family LOVES small cakes, but I think the biggest fan is actually my bird, a 23 year old Flame Macaw. We get him a pupcake from here every time we come and he absolutely devours it, little bone treat and all. Our dogs love them too but it's cute seeing my bird get so excited over it. My kids love everything here and I treat myself to a wedding cake flavor once a week. The service here is always great, very friendly and helpful with my kids when they can't decide what they want."
