"I recently placed an order online with and unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that one of the items I had selected was out of stock. While I understand that these things can happen, the substitution made by the company was not satisfactory. Additionally, my interaction with the lady at the register left much to be desired. She seemed indifferent and unfriendly, displaying little concern for my patronage of their establishment. As a customer, I expect a certain level of friendliness and appreciation, especially when supporting a local business. Overall, my experience with fell short of my expectations. I hope they can address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future."

"My most recent experience was horrible. I was in store to pick up my prescription and a couple other items. The pharmacist was charging me for my prescription when I have two insurances and I don't usually have to pay. I informed her of that and she still charged me. She even had an attitude when I asked her to double check that was correct. I've never seen a pharmacy where their pharmacists make the decision on if they want to use your insurance or not that day. Plus plenty other times when other pharmacists are there they do it correctly and use my insurance. I was just there yesterday!!!! But i guess since the employee who knows how to do their job is not there I have to pay????? I called my insurance and they confirmed that I should not have been charged and they recalled from their history that I've already gotten the prescription from there 0 charge in the past. I asked for a manager and they immediately told me there wasn't anyone available. They were rude during that process as well by cutting me off while I was trying to explain and unexpectedly putting me on hold. They still were trying to tell me that my prescription was not covered by any insurance. I called my insurance a second time and they still said it was and that they were not billing correctly so they offered to call and speak with them. After my insurance spoke with them my insurance told me how they were refusing to follow the correct steps to get my prescription and they also lied and said they didn't have my prescription. My insurance suggested I go to a different pharmacy because it was Walgreens Pharmacy that has an issue with doing things the correct way. I demanded a refund and will go to a different pharmacy and I hope my new pharmacy does not have an issue when they transfer my prescription or I will be informing of that as well."

"Wish there was zero star option. Worst pharmacy ever. Was told to come back at 10 to pick up prescriptions, got there, was told it'll take another hour bc someone didn't put the prescription until 9:30. I dropped it off at 8:30 and was given a timeframe of 10. When I told one of the pharmacists that that was what I was told, she just doesnt have any empathy whatsoever. Would not go back ever again. They need to have better customer services and more empathy for the patients that come to the pharmacy."
