"My wife’s LV wallet was taken here by one of the employees , when she realized it was missing she asked them where her showing bag and wallet was they said they gave it to a customer thinking they forgot them on their counter , she never recovers it they said it was an honest mistake . Corporate stoped responding to our emails . Don’t leave your valuables around they’re staff , it will disappear and no one will do none about it ."
"They told us they had particular pants in stock. We drove from Arlington over 45 minutes away, and when we got here, the pants were not there. The manager Ali was unable to do anything or even find the person that told us that the pants were there. I highly recommend going to the Galleria If you’re shopping Abercrombie kids. They should hire a new manager for sure, very unprofessional."
"Saddened that the Abercrombie store is closed in Stonebriar mall. But glad to see the kids store remained open. And a nice surprise that they carried the Fierce cologne that the Abercrombie store carried as well."
"The staff here were not the friendliest. I also noticed how I was followed around the entire time by staff while trying to take care of some last minute Christmas shopping for my kiddos. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I don’t think I will return."
"Little expensive store. Quality is good. Better to buy during a sale...i dont prefer to spend lot of money on kids clothes because they grow fast and its just waste of money. Unless we find a great deal for the buck not worth to spend the dollars there..."
