"So nice for CVS to tow our car and many other this morning as we drop our kids off for the Cow Town Marathon-left car for slightly over 1 hour(difficult to see their sign when its dark) in a parking lot with almost no cars and still many spots right near the store available-since they are unable support the local charitable race and due to multiple other problems prescribing medications locally I have decided I will be unable to support CVS and have no plans to ever enter a CVS and will no longer be able send perscriptions for my patients to CVS -sorry but all actions have consequences---James Hutcheson MD/Texarkana TX"

"I needed an antibiotic for a procedure at the last minute. When I arrived at CVS, the pharmacy tech let me know that their computer system was down and being extremely slow. However, CVS Pharmacist John-after trying 3 different computers to try to get the prescription through-was able to get it done. It prevented me from having to reschedule my procedure, and I was so grateful! I go to this CVS often and the pharmacy is often very, very busy, but they have always greeted me warmly and done what they could to help me out. I really appreciate it and wanted to put my appreciation in writing. Thank you, Team Pharmacy at Camp Bowie CVS!"

"Poor service and incompetent personnel. Received the wrong script. Sophia at drive through could have cared less. Lied about not receiving the order when we had been copied via text. Told to come back in an hour nothing they were willing to do because they are busy. I explained they were pain meds for an elderly gentleman with recent oral surgery. The answer was indifference. Health care without concern or care should not be patronized best to avoid the Camp Bowie CVS."

"Horrible experience last night 10/22/19. Makala has horrible customer service skills and was very rude. She is possibly the worst person you could have as a manager at your store. I went to purchase a bottle of water that rang up $10.99. She stated that it was marked incorrectly and could not sell the water to me because it belonged in a six pack. She went to accuse a customer of stocking the shelf causing the error. I told her I didn't believe a customer would stock the shelf in the store. She became even more rude and after a another customer got a bottle of water for me from the cooler. I paid for the water and she told me "you can leave now." I asked for the manager on duty and she smirked I am the manager "bye have a good." I told her don't get upset with me because of the stores error and she continued to tell me to leave. I voiced my concerns to the pharmacist on duty and left the location. I live in Plano and needed to run into the minute clinic for a medical issue while over there. I had no problems with the medical staff or pharmacist. Her attitude and lack of customer service skills are uncalled for. Please fix this."
