"Usually get great customer service. It's a small store so often can't find things that bigger locations have or are available online, can't always find sizes (the store will order and ship to you for free though). Usually just end up coming in for online returns though"
"I walked in looking to buy some khakis for a friends wedding. the associate who helped me was very helpful. the pants were expensive and I asked him if I could have gotten them cheaper on GAP's website, and he said yes and told me how to look into the promotions/coupons. The associate could've easily lied to me and told me the store was the cheapest place to buy them.. but the honesty I saw.. and the fact that I did save 35% by buying them online... means this is one of the best clothing retailers around. go there and expect to be pleased. I know I was!"
