"Just went to this store at 9:45 pm all doors are locked. A customer came out cashier had to unlock door. I asked cashier why doors locked they close at 10:00pm. She said we always lock our doors at 9:40pm no sign stating this"

"Someone with experience needs to come program the registers at this store to recognize paper coupons. They work at the other stores. They also need to better train the employees at this location how to work the register to recognize paper coupons & not tell the customer the coupons only work for what's in the picture on the paper coupon. It's just a picture, it has nothing to do with the coupon barcode. And also train the employees that if a coupon says limit 1 coupon per customer, only 2 identical coupons allowed per transaction, it means 2 of the same coupon can be used in 1 transaction per day. Don't tell the customer they can only use 1 coupon."
