"Been a regular at this store almost a year buying the exact same thing. Asked for my usual On 8mg Mint. Bald head clerk hands me two cans 4mg Mint facedown. On 8mg and 4mg are the exact same color when facedown. Faceup you can clearly see the difference. Didn't realize he gave me 4mg until I got in the car drove up the street, one stop light and a stop sign, before turning around. Gone not even 5 minutes. Come back to exchange guy says "you took too long and left the store cant exchange". Last time going here..."

"The lady working today at 9 pm told me I couldn't buy a lighter because the one she scanned won't work. I tried asking for a new one but she refused made me wait 10 min to say she can't sell me a lighter. Please fire her she is not respectful and very uneducated"
"I tried to buy a prepaid debit card. The receipt showed a different card number than the one on the actual card. My card could not be verified/registered. They would not refund me. The manager told me over the phone to sleep in the parking lot until her shift started at 5am when she could be there to resolve the problem. The sweetheart behind the counter was very kind and patient and did what he could to help. I cannot say the same about the manager."
