"Had the burnt end platter, customer service was awesome and food was really good. I know some people stay away from chains but this is the best bbq I’ve had in El Paso, have been back twice so far!"
"We went in for a to-go order tonight and the people and atmosphere were very welcoming. The Manager on duty offered us drinks while we wait and made sure we were comfortable. It was nice to see people smiling at work. We will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you all for your wonderful service."
"Ordered to go tonight and Frankie and the staff were amazing. We waited for our food in store so our cashier immediately offered us something to drink while we waited and the manager was always engaging to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely come back to this location!"
"We ate on a Tuesday evening and it wasn't too busy. Service, food, and price great!! Wide variety of choices. The wings and ribs were very meaty and juicy. We ordered the burnt ends for an appetizer but they turned out to be very juicy cuts of meat instead of actual burnt ends. This wasn't too disappointing, as they were delicious, but just not exactly what burnt ends are."
"We had eaten at this franchise in another location in california and always had a pleasant experience. But this location leaves alot to be desired. If you walk into a restaurant during the lunch hour and there's two cars in the parking lot, that tells you everything you need to know. I'll keep it brief but never been insulted like this anywhere else. We were served two brisket sandwiches. One was stacked nicely and the other looked like they ran out of meat and was very small in portions. I asked the server to take it back and add more meat to resemble the other sandwich. What I got back was the same sandwich piled high with fat trimmings as shown in my pics. Who does that? The fries were dry and cold, iced teas were warm, and even though the manager credited our bill by $8, (I guess she felt I should still pay for the tea) we let her know that we will be scratching off this eatery from our list."
