"Ordered a cherry ice cream slush. They gave me a regular cherry slushy with nerds. Told them about the mistake. They just added ice cream and mixed it with the old slushy with the nerds. Make a new one if it was your mistake. I didn’t want nerds."
"Everytime I eat at this specific location, the food is subpar. Onion rings are ridiculously crispy, to the point they are black and hard. This is the third time this happens in a row. The coneys are always cold and lacking in cheese and chili beans, compared to other locations."
"The food isn’t like it used to be. The portions are getting smaller and the prices higher. They’re getting very cheap. I ordered a medium popcorn chicken and they only gave me a few pieces of chicken, maybe they thought the size of the chicken would make up for the lack of it …… And most of the chicken is just batter not even actual chicken, what a waste"
"Even though I lived not even 5 minutes WALKING distance from the location on Hondo Pass, I always liked coming to this location. Not only because of all the issues I had with the other location. But the service here at the Dyer location is beyond great. Joseph the Supervisor is always on the lookout to see if everything is good. All the employees are always attentive once you're parked in a stall. Now to put a cherry on the top of all this, I would like to say thanks to Jorge. Not only do we share names, but his customer service is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now live about 5 minutes driving distance here. So it makes it even better."
"Cant really make this up, They did not have PopCorn chicken so I got some burned but raw tenders (Fryer was too hot) and staff was in a bad mood, and they thought it was funny to only give me ONE Onion ring and instead of Ranch they also thought it was funny to give me White Gravy instead. (Very Funny HA.HA), Oh and no receipt either."
