"Do not stop and buy fuel or any items in this store. Your card will be compromised. Somebody in the store is fraudulently using your account and using your money. It happened to me personally and my daughter next. Don't be a victim do not stop and use the store."
"The 2 cashier's in the morning of Saturday 11-24- 2018 where so rude, they expected me to place the money in their hand, made no effort in reaching for it, or being polite, acted as if I was a bother, and I bought different items with both of them, had the same response, I had to reach far in the counter for her hand to get my change, and zero "hello good morning" or at least "hello" and one looked like a train wreck."
"Good option for a quick stop"
"Went Sunday morning at 6 am to fill up my gas tank and buy a fuel injector cleaner that was $4.29. I paid $40.00 and the rest was in gas. When I tried to gas up I had to go back and tell the cashier to open the pump and she acknowledged. When I tried to gas up it was still closed so I went back and was told that someone else had pumped my gas.I told her to open the right pump or refund me my money. The cashier said she was not giving me anything because it was my fault. I spoke to the shift manager and she told me the same thing. I asked to speak with the store manager over the phone and she told me that there was nothing she could do because she was in the hospital. I asked the shift manager to review the camera and she said that she couldn't. I had to call the police and the shift manager gave them the wrong number to the store manager. I called it and it was a different business. I asked the shift manager for the correct number and she did but got nowhere with the store manager until I called the main office. She finally decided that they were human and made mistakes but it took them one hour and thirty minutes to admit it. Even two other customers told me to call the main office. Trying to blame a customer for their mistakes is bad business practice. My family and I will never set foot on another Howdy's or Shell store."
