"After a year of battling every single pharmacy employee about the birth control I know I can have, I'm done. I will be leaving for another pharmacy. I tried to pick up my prescription last night and when I told them they gave me the wrong medication, they LIED to me and told me the order had been canceled out by my doctor when it had not. I went in today to get it fixed and Jonathan was incredibly helpful and apologized, which he shouldn't have to do since it wasn't his mistake. But one good apple does not 'un-spoil' the bunch. I've had nothing but bad experiences here and I doubt I'll be using walgreens pharmacy ever again if I can help it."

"Walgreen's Automated system (phone) is horrible. Photo area is poorly run. I have stood at the counter and ignored by both technicians on more than one occassion. Presently, I am in the pharmacy drive through. It's been nearly 40 minutes. The car at the window has not moved in 20 minutes. Is there a way to give a negative star rating?"

"Terrible experience with this pharmacy. Soooo much attitude and chaos. I had an appt for a vaccine, after the staff kept complaining loudly about not having time for vaccines I asked if I should come back. They told me no, but I’ll have to wait. It was already several minutes past my appointment time. When I asked how long, they said an hour. Why have an appointment then? Terrible experience. No professionalism or apologies from employees, worst pharmacy I’ve been to."

"The staff at the pharmacy are generally pretty polite, but they don't always know what they're doing and this place is always backed up. Some days they don't even answer the phone. I know because I waited on hold for over an hour, with more than 3 people ahead of me, until I finally walked in the store, with my phone in hand, and saw them bustling away ignoring the ringing phone. They're always short staffed, but I see people doing menial tasks instead of helping customers all the time. Maybe it's a management thing. Maybe they need more reliable staff. Whatever it is, they need to make some big changes because this place barely functions."
