"This place is AWESOME!!!! We recently moved to DuPage from the city and were missing our local GF bakery - a quick google search led us to Babydoll. The owner Nicole was a literal babydoll and was so sweet, telling us all about her shop and the many offerings. My 13 yo has a gluten sensitivity and was missing all the yummy treats we used to get in the city - so happy to say we found our new spot for when a sweet tooth hits! What a gem! and the Brookie treat was....literal heaven!"
"Love variety of the store. Bought a layered cake some weeks back for my daughters bday. The quality of the cake was very sub par. Stale, dry, inedible. no one finished the slice they were served and leftover cake was thrown away immediately. Business never responded to my email thru the website making them aware of the product. Update: instructions to defrost were followed and still led to an inedible product. Instead of pointing blame at customers. take accountability and do better with quality control."
"I was really excited to finally try this bakery. The tiramisu and macarons were amazing! I would not order the cupcake again and was pretty disappointed, especially for the price tag. I got vanilla with pistachio frosting - the frosting was lacking in pistachio flavor and the cupcake itself was extremely dense and dry. Couldn't finish it :("
"- Fun little place with plenty of GF treats. - Great and friendly service in which they ask the right questions about any gluten, peanut, or dairy allergies. - They’re going to be opening a GF/VG restaurant right downstairs in Summer ‘19. - Worth the trip!"
