"Nice location, but store is underwhelming with selection/variety of items compared to others, such as the meatier Downer's Grove store. Kohls overall (not just this store in Wheaton) is making their Kohls rewards and cash programs more and more useless and not-a-value. So many items don't apply anymore with earned discount coupons. I'm ready to cancel my Kohls Visa as well as the useless Kohls card."

"I had a problem with the cashier. Her name is Kathy. She charged me and it was fine. Until, I told her I wanted to pay it off. She ended up charging me the amount that I saved, instead of the amount I payed on the kohl’s card. I asked her to fix it and she said that I would get the difference back on my bank card. She did not want to go through the trouble of fixing her mistake. $23.96 is the amount she overcharged me. I don’t want this to be a credit on my Kohl’s card. I’ve been a Kohl’s customer for years and I’ve not had a problem at all, until now. Maybe she needs more training."

"Everyone at this location is super nice and professional except for the customer service desk ladies. They were rude to me because my asking where to drop off an Amazon return interrupted their gossip session. The 3 stars were for the really nice cashier and the really friendly guy working in Amazon returns."

"I just recently visited this store, and I could not be happier with all the things that I bought. The store is just like what I usually see each time I visit it. Its location is clean and everything is organized. There was always a great find, maybe a thing or two, in this store, and I never left empty-handed. I like the recent experience I had because I was only planning to buy clothes for myself. However, I saw the wonderful collection in the women's section, and I could not help but remember my sister, whose birthday is near, so I decided to buy something for her as a gift. The dress I bought was really nice, and I bet she will definitely like it. The staff also helped me choose that particular dress. I also found wonderful, minimal-style pots that are really nice. I do not know the reason why, but most of the women I know are now fond of plants, so I also bought pots that I gave to my mom, who also loves plants. I liked the experience I had in the store. The collections are wonderful, as are the prices. The staff are friendly and helpful too."
