"Excellent service if you can afford the cost, currently $160 for a large dog (my golden retriever is 62 lbs). Despite the cost, staff are extremely friendly and the process was easy and efficient. My dog came out looking beautiful! Will be back in the future."

"I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ! Especially If your dog has a few knots DO NOT BRING YOUR PUP HERE! I took my dog here to Sandy her & I spoke about what was going to be done to my dog.About the cut I wanted to keep my dogs tail, her ears and the top of her hair for a pony and Sandy told me yes we can most definitely do that! When I go to get my dog was shaved BLAD ! nothing about what we spoke about was done to my dogs hair. My dog has no hair ! They could have called me or told me b4 shaving her blad that they were going to do this! They told me she had to shaving her shorter! Not bald the owner of the store Julie also was no help at all. All she cared about was the 130$ for this shaved down cut that HONESTLY I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF AT MY HOUSE! Here’s a pic of my dog before going into that groomers! matted? Where cuz I don’t see a knot on her top of her head I don’t see knots on her ears to shave my dog the way you did. I am not happy at all about this. Then wanted to tell me Humanity over vanity. Yes this is very humane to shave a little dog blad in this cold fall time. 0 stars if I could give you any I wouldn’t and I would take them 4.8 stars you have NOW ! Also my dog don’t even smell clean! I only picked this place because they dye dogs hair! And that’s what I wanted and if I knew my dog was going to be shaved down like this I would have not walked into this place !"

"Sandy does an amazing job on our anxious/very curly haired whoodle! I specifically ask for short ears and cut for our beach loving Murry and she gets it right every time!"

"Update 5 months later.. I still really enjoy the wonderful groomers that work here. I added before/after pictures. My sweet girl had a big day- vet visit and groomers. Amanda made sure to take care of my girl and take her time. Very inclusive with rainbow bandanas for pride month! My cocker spaniel comes out looking FABULOUS every time, without fail! Bring your precious pets here. Amanda and Nick and so kind and welcoming. They'll take care of your dog(s) :) Very wonderful staff. My dog's groomer is Amanda. Amanda takes her time with my sweet 13 year old cocker spaniel. She listens to me when I let her know about new growths to look out for. My dog always comes out of there looking like a superstar. Generally my dog leaves wearing an awesome bandana, but I prefer to have bows on my dog's ears. She looks beautiful, and Amanda always makes sure she includes the bows. As for the website, I love how easy it is to navigate! I love all the services that are provided (for both cats and dogs!). I've referred a number of people here. I'm looking to bring my cat here for a grooming, as well. I trust they'll be patient and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
