"I have been taking my schnoodle here for the last 6+ years and they always do a wonderful job. They're quick, kind, and patient with my senior pup who is hard of hearing. Pricing is incredibly reasonable as well, love all the groomers here!"
"As a regular of this business for the past two years, I really hate to write this negative review but my last experience was extremely poor. I had called to schedule an appointment for my small dog, and when dropping him off I indicated "the usual". He's been coming there for a good amount of time, and without the menu with their services I wanted to just get what he normally has. The person at the front desk asked, "face, feet, and sanitary", which I took to mean include those and agreed. When picking him up, my dog was still damp, smelled like wet dog, and was only trimmed around the feet. His face was still long, and the body didn't have a trim whatsoever. When asked if we could go a little shorter, the woman behind the desk immediately was defensive, saying "that's why I asked what you wanted done." I agree that I may have misunderstood, but was just very confused at the lack of attempt to correct what went wrong. She looked up the past services and did see we usually trim him, but there was no attempt at an apology or to schedule another appointment for his trim. I would have paid for the extra services, I just wanted an attempt to correct it. I walked out feeling embarrassed and confused as to what I had done to offend the groomer. My experience has never been like this before, but I will likely not be bringing my dog back due to this experience."
"Eric is the absolute BEST. We moved away from the neighborhood but will likely bring our dog back to him since he takes such wonderful care of her. Both him and Amanda are so great and responsive, and truly care about the dogs and their well-being. Don’t hesitate to use the Grooming Gallery if you’re looking for a top-notch groomer in the neighborhood!"
