"Not a good first impression. If I could have given a ZERO, I would. Staff were abrasive and rough with dogs. Communication was short and rude. This place needs some major training on customer service but more importantly TLC with pups. Wouldn’t recommend this place!!!!"

"Took my six month old puppy for an appointment and was told there were “bigger, more important dogs needing grooming before your dog”. The audacity to say that to a dog owner is beyond me, and I had the unfortunate experience talking to Chris who was beyond rude and aggressive towards me. Didn’t even give me a call to inform me she kept my young girl in a crate for two hours while she worked on “more important dogs”. The level of unprofessionalism is far too much for me, so if you want your dog to be treated respectfully I suggest going elsewhere."

Had an experience where I was not satisfied and brought my dog back and received rudeness from the worker. Lost my buisness. I recently went to a new groomer and the service and prices are bounds better. Look elsewhere than here. The Barker Shop is a good alternative."

"Meticulous work on my poodle who loathes grooming. Pricey but probably on point for being in this league of quality. Also reasonable scheduling 1-2 weeks out max unlike others who seem overbooked."
