"They have a 5 hour delivery window which is way too long. The Pearland store has the most rude person answering the phone. Wont ever order from them again. Who wants to sit around for 5 hours waiting on a delivery."

"The first thing that must be known: I have used Edible Arrangements more than 5 times this year alone. So this review comes with a lot of 'experience'. LOL This one is specific to the Pearland TX - Broadway St. The most important thing I make sure is that when I am making a call, I am big on putting the person answering the phone at ease. Well, that was not the case with this. She answered the phone and that voice was bright like sunshine and friendly and immediately I felt at ease. The reason for my call was my order had a couple of mistakes and she was so kind and gracious. I actually thought that the order I had put in for the same day delivery at an early afternoon hour would not be able to be delivered that day. I was totally going to be ok with this because I actually did not consider the time change between Colorado and Texas. *facepalm* But for her? She made sure that I knew they were working on the order right then and that this was no problem for them. How can you NOT love that kind of customer service. That just actually surprised me. This store will be my go to as the person that the order was going to actually is a co-worker. I will, without one hesitation, call them back and keep them as my preferred. You CANNOT pay for this type of Customer Service. I am thrilled and happy. Don't hesitate. They will take very good care of you. My guarantee!"

"Horrible service! First and last time. I made an order for Valentine’s Day and it was all wrong, messy, and super late! I understand the holiday can be very busy and stressful, but I made the order on Monday morning to make sure my girlfriend got her order on Friday during her work hours. Not only were they delivered after she got off work, but they were delivered 8 minutes after the store was closed! Luckily her manager was still there and got them for her. Then she was sent a picture of the strawberries. It wasn’t the correct order and the strawberries were probably the leftover smallest strawberries they had. I was very dissatisfied! It’s suppose to be a beautiful day and we trust these companies to do the absolute best. I’ve had edible arrangements sent for many years and this location has to be the worst."

"I received chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for Mother's Day 2019 from this location. It wasn't delivered until that night, 9pm. They were the smallest strawberries I've ever seen and they were not sweet as fresh strawberries are. There was barely any chocolate on the strawberries as if they were rushed and half dipped. I was so disappointed that I had my hubby grab me some from HEB. HEB's chocolate covered strawberries were fresh & sweeter, fully covered in chocolate, and worth the price while Edible Arrangement's chocolate strawberries were a waste of money. I've attached a photo (HEB on the left, EA on the right) and you can clearly see the difference; EA's strawberries look like they were withered and thrown together while HEB's are beautiful and fresh. We will never order from them again. How do you send this to someone on Mother's Day?"
