"Here at the Houston Nursey Center in Missouri City trying to buy several plants. Prices marked are not being honored. Birds of Paradise marked $19.99 but worker says its $24.99. Workers don't understand English but can tell me another price that's not marked. No Supervisor on site. Left without plants and will not be returning. Poor Customer Service."
"Pretty decent plant materials and generally good selections. Pricing is about average. Problems: 1) don't go there expecting knowledgeable sales people, or for that matter, English as a primary channel of communication, 2) their plant inventory is really limited in favor of Christmas trees, et al. during Nov-Dec, and 3) their point of sale (POS) system is just that... a POS. The 80s called and want their cash registers back!"
