"I have been a loyal customer of HM since the day they opened and continued to be, until the past month. They have been firing the good employees, which is the only reason that I continued to stay loyal. The store has gone through many changes and challenges, but the kindness and care from these employees kept me coming back. I felt a great sense of community there. The bakery and bakery staff are excellent and make some of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. The new quaint middle eastern restaurant in the front of the store is amazing, and the chef is absolutely delightful. These two parts of the store will be the only area that I buy from moving forward, sadly."

"This is a very disgusting place to shop. The food is expired on the shelves and the produce is rotten. When I was in the food court I noticed they were serving meat that had a green color and the grease was super dark. The health department needs to shut this place down."

"The gentleman in the meat department was very helpful & kind. The produce was good, however, it was very apparent that the women in the bakery section only want serve people of certain demographics. There were only a few people in the entire store on a Saturday afternoon & no other customers at that counter. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed help after waiting for a few minutes. Yet when someone else merely walked towards the counter, they received full attention. My facial expression after seeing this spoke volumes so one of them reluctantly makes her way towards me. But it was too late. That was my 1st & last time shopping at this store."

"Hadn't been to this store for over a year as the previous few experiences were not good. After trying one more time, and seeing the appalling state of the produce, I won’t be returning. I see that the GM responded to a previous review just a few days prior to mine that they have 5 deliveries a week and “restock as soon as the produce comes in”. From my photos taken whilst being in the store for just one minute, that wouldn’t appear to be the case."
