"I was looking for a bird bath bowl replacement. So I drove all the way to this store (Missouri City). It showed they had 11 in stock. Well the lady finally looked on her phone & it said they weren't due in till March 15th, well today is March 17th. So that was the end of the hunting. I asked if there was someone to check if they were in the back. She said that would be the night crew??? So if you show you have them be sure you do.or don't put in inventory till whoever decides to put them out to sell!"
"Will never shop here again. Got treated very disrespectfully when I asked if I could exit in apparently the wrong place. Got one of those, "no no no no no, you HAVE to go out THAT way", screeching voiced things. I think she takes her little bit of authority too seriously."
"The person working in the garden department was doing nothing when I asked for assistance in getting bags of soil told me to wait .I waited 15 minutes, no one showed, I then went to customer service asked for a mgr, no response I had to load bags of soil on my own , cow manure on my own, and 3 other customers were still waiting. Very disappointed"
