"I wanted a custom Drill boot for my daughter and some team members, after going back and forth with heather , she cancelled my order , she complete my order and the product color was not to my liking , i then stated i would keep some of the finished product and just need one to be changed, instead of working with me she completely cancelled my order, even though she had completed the orders i wanted with the exception of the one i wanted change, Very unprofessional, super upset parent right now."
