"I received an arrangement for my birthday a day early. My husband confirmed 3 times that the delivery was for the next day, but it arrived that afternoon, a day early. I wasn't too upset about that. What upsets me is that the arrangement is literally one of every flower thrown in there. For a client not using an online service, I'd expect something a little more put together. I feel as though, instead of being creative, they cheaped out and put the lone stems they had laying around in there. I know flowers very well, as I used to be a florist just 6 years ago before I had kids. The delivery guy was very delightful."

We received some beautiful flowers from a precious friend the day after my father in law passed away so we went down there to pick flowers out for his funeral for the casket, from us and from the grand Sid’s and great grand kids, plus an arrangement for his picture at the sign in table. "Got Mother's day flowers.... wonderful surprise. First time getting flowers from this shop but I noticed they were a little sparse. Trying to upload pics Update: No need for pictures. The owner contacted me and informed me that the original order was a 1800-flowers which have a different guideline. And 1-800-flowers pictures all the flowers to the front side of the vase and basic makes it look like more. The owner gave us all the details and yet sent another bouquet of flowers. Great service from local florist. I will order from them. Thank you so very much!"
