"I have not yet received my flowers for Valentines day to give to my significant other, but I called the store and the owner picked up. He was on top of it knew his system front to back and was able to fix my problem without any hiccups. I made a mistake and he went the extra mile. This is the pinnacle of customer service. Add to that I am in college the prices are pretty immaculate where bigger companies will charge 120 for the same thing the price is affordable especially for equal quality. Shipping is really cheap to if you must know 10 dollars locally. I do have a pick up order just wanted to make sure you all know. If you need flowers trust Joe (the owner)."

"I live in SC and contacted Holly’s Gardens specifically because it said on their website they are family owned. This is very personal for me to be able to support a local family business. The instructions I gave were “predominantly pink roses and very feminine”. What they created for me exceeded my expectations. Furthermore without me asking, they were so thoughtful to send me a picture of the completed arrangement. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!"
"(I'll start by saying: use your big adult time and call in or order in person, I think the website doesn't really get the full experience. Floral arrangement is an art of supply and design, talking to the owners, if they understand what you want, they will 100% nail it.)I came in the morning with an idea of flowers, I didn't set a budget (expecting to spend $200-250). I came back a few hours later (i'm so grateful for the rushed service!!!), and they gave me this beautiful arrangement that stunned EVERYONE!!! at the party I took them to. Best part??? it was only like $85?? Not only did the colors match so well, but the vase was an amazing touch. Literally no reason to use any other florist in Denton."
