"Came in to get an arrangement for my cousin’s girlfriend’s little brother’s fish that died. The manager Halie was extremely understanding and sweet about the whole thing, and her service was incredible. Penny was also very helpful and an excellent employee. "My husband ordered me an arrangement for my birthday it was beautiful, but the next morning I woke up to mold on a few strawberries. I was disappointed. Called to talk to someone and was told a manager would call me back, 5 hours later still never received a call. I called again to speak to someone, got to talk to the supervisor who was very rude and said I had not stored them how I was supposed to, them told me the manager was out and if it was a serious problem I could email them with pictures of the strawberries. I did and have yet to hear anything back from them. My husband spent over $65 on an arrangement that didn’t even last 24 hours."
