"This company is so unprofessional starting with Peter (the owner). He's an alcoholic and all he cares about is your money! He's wasted all day so good luck if you're trying to contact him because he won't be there to answer any questions you might have about your cleaning. Of course there's a secretary (Keri) but she also won't answer phone calls or emails, she works from home so she really doesn't care she knows her Boss is drunk so he won't know. Now let's talk about the service here. Everyone is so unprofessional, the employee's don't care about cleaning your house all they care about is a paycheck, just like PETER only cares about your money. Clients complain all the time of the ladies not doing a good job, talking loud on their phones and just being so unprofessional, fights between coworkers while in clients homes literally pulling and smacking each other !! Clients have also accused same three ladies of stealing money in three or four different occasions and end up canceling service when Peter try's to blame their kids. So Be careful if you decide to go with Maidpro the thief's are still there. And lastly, lots of drama between Keri and Martha (his secretary and lover ) they hate and disrespect each other all the time. This is a very toxic environment! There's no order and no rules! But what do you expect if the one running the business is an ALCOHOLIC and only cares about getting wasted all day long ! this place should be investigated lots of ilegal stuff going on here. Be careful when you come near this place, stay away from them, RUN FOR THE HILLS IF YOU CAN!!"

"Been using MaidPro for a few years now and an very satisfied. Letty and her crew are great. They do a good job at a reasonable price. I personally leave the house when they get here so as not to get in their way. I don't worry about a thing as I trust them completely."

"Well, well, well, looks like I have a pre-review to share. And no, I'm not one of those picky customers who nitpick every little thing. But when the lack of attention to details at the office level makes me wonder if the service team will show the same level of care, I start to worry. I mean, it's not rocket science, people. Sales force and service teams should talk to each other, right? Apparently not in this case. To top it off, I had to reschedule for the next day even though I cleared my schedule for the date they offered. The excuse? Polite apologies and a meager "I'm sorry, Mr...." Seriously, that's all you got? Well, let's hope the crew that shows up tomorrow knows how to say sorry better than you do."
