"Not sure how the woman at this store gets the five star reviews. Is she pleasant to some and not to others? I got a rude treatment when one of the items I dropped off is not in. I would have accepted a sincere apology because I can understand that things happen out of your control. What she said in a dismissive way was “come back tomorrow “ ,“what can I do”. The following day “Come back at 5”. When I got my cashmere scarf I don’t believe it was dry cleaned - it smells like it was washed with downy softener."

"Very unhappy about the stains that were left behind on the clothing. Looks like they didn’t even attempt to get an easy coffee stain out after pointing them out . All they did iwas run it through the machine and steam pressed our clothing. They don’t do their own cleaning on the premises and it is send out to a factory that have little or no experience with with easy stains."
"They were very accommodating. I dropped off 7 pieces of clothes with a full set of suit before 9 am, and I got it the same day. The price was very very very reasonable for the amount of work. I definitely recommend this place and will come back!"
