"I placed an order over a week ago and my wife received two totally different items than what I ordered. No one contacted me. No one contacted her. Guess they didn’t think I would be there to see the mistake. I’ve waited since that day (almost two weeks now) emailing back and forth trying to get my refund. Pathetic. This is bad business. This place is already waaaay overpriced, usually when a place is THIS excessively expensive, their service is good at least, but that’s far from the case here."

"Not happy at all. Ordered an $80 bake shop set with cheesecakes, brownies and fruit along with. Spoons to be delivered to my hubby on Valentines Day at work. What we got was a platter with cheesecake and fruit but no brownies. I paid extra for that platter because the brownies looks really good in the photo and had I known I wasn’t going to get those I could’ve paid $20-$30 less for just a platter with cheesecake and fruit. If they were out I would’ve understood but they should’ve called to let me know that. I emailed them about it and they didn’t even bother to respond. The cheesecake wasn’t even good, he shared with two employees and all four of us through it was barely sweet and nothing special. I feel ripped off majorly and would never order from Edible Arrangements again."

"If I could give this location a 0, I would! Not only did my husband order a week or 2 in advance to surprise me, but they failed to deliver! Now, they are completely ignoring him even after receiving a large amount of money for the order. When I visited the location in person, no one came up to the front, even when my kids were being loud or with me ringing the bell for Service as requested by a paper on the desk & I know there were people there are you could here them in the back."

"I had a couple of unforeseen snags pop up and each time I called the location to see if they could help, Ty was the associate who answered. Not only did she know my name before I even offered it, she was so kind, understanding and personable, and did her best to accommodate me. By far the best interaction I’ve had with an Edible Arrangements associate. Thank you, Ty!! Edited to add that when the fruit arrived, it was fresh, beautiful, and tasty!"
