"We sadly had to have our beloved cat put to sleep. Dr. Patrick and all of the staff were so kind and caring. Our children were there for the process and we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. My husband and I had a meeting with Dr. Patrick beforehand to discuss our cat's diagnosis and he was so patient and unhurried with us. He was so comforting. The office is clean, comfortable, and even offers little extras like pheromone towels to place over cat carriers to help to calm cats during checkups/visits.
