"Just came in to grab a couple of balloons & stood in the long line because they are always understaffed just to be told they are out of helium so I ask the lady at the register (I think she may had been the manager) if I can just have the couple of balloons that are blown up behind her, thinking she would go ahead & grab them for me. Instead she tells me I can grab them so I’m thinking I can grab them & come back to my place in line since it would literally take me 2 seconds to get them. But instead she started checking out the person after me in line so when I came back up to her she told me I have to get back into the back of the line. That was ridiculous to make me wait twice when the line would have had to wait if she was to blow up the balloons for me anyways . Not to mention I called ahead to ask if they had any get well balloons & I wasn’t told that they were out of helium when I called so I think she just was lying to not have to do it."

"Ms. Eugenia needs to learn some management skills. I visited this location (as did many others) today during my lunch break. There was one sweet little lady checking out and the line was wrapped around and throughout the store. She called for backup, to no avail…waited 10-15min and she called again..you guessed it..to no avail. Everyone in the line was becoming antsy and impatient as it had been an easy 30 minutes just standing there. The cashier needed something from management in order to finish ringing a customer but rather than come and help..and jump on a register herself…she comes out and says “YOU ALL CAN GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE..I am training someone to jump on the register to help”. Never once did she apologize for the wait, show any type of respect or value for the customers time. She just advised us that we can shop elsewhere. I asked her why she isn’t out here helping and she said “that is NOT MY JOB”…I’m sorry WHAT KIND OF SUPPOSED MANAGER SAYS THAT!?? This is HORRIBLE management. There were THREE people sitting in that management office just watching us stand and wait. People started walking out the door. She needs training or FIRED…because the way she’s running that store now is not it. Awful awful awful experience!"

"This is the worse business I've ever seen! One of the dirtiest stores! I was shocked! My aunt has to come here alot & she said it's like this every time. Every aisle was a complete mess, nothing was in order on the shelves. Things thrown in the floor in every aisle! I wouldn't even let my aunt shop here today, we drove a lil father to another one! The employees & apparently the manager doesn't care about this place!"
