"IF you appreciated horrific customer service, terrible packaging and being overcharged, as well as then having to fight a company for damages this company is for you. Absolutely the worse shipping company in Texas. And that is saying something. In early August, I purchased items at an auction and the auction company used them to ship my items. The costs was $500.00. The items that were shipped to me by this company, were poorly packaged and damaged. After arrival, I filed a claim with them and have yet to get restitution. It is now the last of October..after Phone calls, emails and such, they have given me terrible customer service and nothing but a run around. My next step is a lawsuit. What a terrible shame... my time and money wasted because they failed to stand behind their business."
"I have been a customer at Box It since 1998 and have had consistently great service. I can count on the staff to receive my packages and to send out all mail and packages that I drop off there. They also do all of the wrapping of gifts for my senior violin and viola students each year. They go the extra mile and put beautiful 3-D stickers of graduation and music themes on the gift wrapped packages for my senior students. I highly recommend this business as Kay and her staff of Tonia and Michael always greet customers with a smile and a great attitude of serving the customer. Whenever I had to make extended trips home to Indiana during the illness of my father, Kay Omer, the owner, always forwarded my mail to me. That was a wonderful service. And Kay and her son helped me to pack up my music studio for a move to a different location 10 years ago. I am still grateful for their expertise in wrapping and packing. As a small business owner, I like the fact that Kay is actively involved in running her business. Box It is a great place in which to do business!"
