"We just shopped here and bought like thousand dollars and as usual we will get our birthday discount if we birthday at this month. When we ask for it the woman name as Delia said that they will do for us but then they didn’t do and when we ask why there is no discount for birthday and she say is not allowed to do so with bad and rude service and ask us to talk to manager. Shopping mood spoilt just cause of this feel bad about this kind of services"

"I had a really bad experience!!! here at this location. Sales associate seems preoccupied and act like they don’t want to help n judge customers by their appearance. So I went in for a return as the shoes I bought were too loose n I can no longer put on for everyday wear. Store associates didn’t welcome me instead just walk by me when they saw I have return. They treat u badly when u go in for a return, never try to help me make another choice. They all just keep staring at me n acted strange that made me feel uncomfortable. Customers should be treated nicely n with respect. Seems like they are understaffed or underpaid to do this sales associate job. High brand but low customer service by store associates. I feel like I should never return to this store again for future purchase at this coach outlet. Bye bye!! Forever… u didn’t make me feel the best shopping experience ever with your attitudes."
