"I recently went to the Zales store in Grapevine to purchase a ring. Unfortunately, the computer system was giving the staff issues that were out of their control. After being transferred numerous times by customer service, they were finally able to complete the transaction. I really appreciate Ivy and Bri efforts to solve the issue while having minimal control of the situation."

"We came in today for a wedding band. The place was packed, but the staff remained very friendly and happy to help. Luisa was so patient with me and let me try on so many rings. Then the computer system wasn’t working for our other ring to be inspected. Luisa still did my inspection, and she added the information in after hours and texted me proof. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful. We don’t live here, but if we did, we would be back for sure!!"

"I went in this past weekend to have my ring looked at for my semi annual check-in. It being right before the holidays it was extremely busy and on top of that there was a system issue not allowing them to pull up my account. Luisa the store manager was extremely nice and assured me she would look into everything and call me when it’s fixed. To be honest I figured with how busy it gets this time of year I would be forgotten and I would just go back in there after the holidays, but that is not what happened at all. Luisa kept her promise and worked on the issue, she fixed everything and contacted me within a couple days! I was so impressed with how quickly she helped and truly appreciate her dedicating time to fixing everything especially knowing how busy this time of year is and I’m sure she’s having to juggle many things at one time. I can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work and kindness"

"Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Will never be going back to this location. The woman assisting us did not care about the actual purchase, she just wanted to add a useless $60 protection plan on it. I told her many times i did not want the plan and she was so rude and kept telling me how i would regret it. I totally understand upselling, but this is not how you treat a customer. I was looking around the store and she was not at all interested in helping me or showing me any items. Kept asking me, are you done yet ? I wish i could give 0 stars. Never been treated so badly at a jewelry store. Do not waste your money and time here."

"Don’t go here unless you want to be cheated out of your hard earned money. We couldn’t afford the warranty at the time of purchase and were told we could add it later. A month after our purchase of one of their diamond promise rings, one of the diamonds fell out. This is my first diamond ring EVER, so I was crushed. Months later we go back into the store when we finally had the money for the warranty and are told that we can’t do that. Then they sent the ring off for an estimate on just putting another small $60 or $70 diamond in the ring and came back today saying that it will be almost the same price as the original cost for the whole ring just to get it fixed. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! I am NEVER going back there and thanks for ruining what should’ve been a really nice moment/keepsake for my boyfriend and I."
