"I don't normally complain but I felt it very important to post this. Marx Samuels Jewelers in Grapevine, TX is trash! From the customer service, to the over-priced cz costume jewelry I was floored to be treated less than human by the staff! My brother and our wives decided to spend some money there and they convinced me to go to a more reputable store. We were lied to and basically handled like we were at a used car dealer! Funny thing is we could buy this company if we wanted to and so they lost a great customer tonite. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! Incredibly the worst experience ever. It's my civic duty to warn the public not to become victim of this soon to be defunct establishment if I may use the word loosely. Horrible!!!"
