This was the best decision we made. Dennis and his crew spent several hours performing nothing short of a miracle. I was amazed to find the carpet was actually a beautiful color and looked almost new. Several heavy stains we thought would never get out were gone, and I'm still amazed whenever I go visit to notice how good that carpet looks months later. They aren't the cheapest service in town, but they aren't the most expensive either. If you asked me if I got what I paid for, I couldn't respond with a more positive YES!!!!!!
