"Great service and friendly people! I wish I could continue using them, but they ruined multiple ties on more than one occasion. They ironed over their own tag/staple leaving an imprint making the ties unwearable. Another cleaner was mostly able to fix that mistake. In any case I told my wife to never go there again. I don't like giving bad reviews but at $60 per tie to replace, their negligence was surprising."
