"Everyone who works here has been friendly and helpful. However, the store is ALWAYS ALWAYS understaffed. I've been here about 10 times now and each time, even when I just need a few buttons, it took more than 20 minutes to get out of the store. Today I waited 30 minutes to cut 2 pieces of fabric. If you can place the order online for in-store pickup, make sure you do that"

"Nobody bothers you but are happy to answer questions and are very polite and helpful. This location is huge and has rows of beads, not just 1 row. It's like that with most items- incredible selections."
"They have a decent selection if you are looking for some generic mass produced craft supplies in a pinch. There wasn't a lot of, if any, unique pieces. Lots of, if not all, items were from CN and not the USA. The prices are competitive and are a bit inflated because most items are not sold in bulk, but are sold in small grouped amounts. The place was very clean and the staff were pretty helpful."
"This location is close to my house but I forget it's there. It's really big and has alot of really nice cute unique items. I really liked the variety of magnetic gift boxes. They had all sizes and really pretty designs. Reasonably priced too even without the discounts."
