We simply cannot say enough good things about the owner of this business, Fabricio Cardenas, his office staff, and his on-site work crew. First, communication was handled perfectly: phone calls returned very quickly, texts answered promptly, and emails acknowledged. Fabricio was wonderfully patient, explained findings and processes in as much detail as wanted, and was generous with his time and advice. He also coordinated very well with the mold inspector we had used as well as the build-back contractor. Fabricio was so kind and compassionate as his customers have all experienced distressing events such as flooding, mold contamination, or other significant home damage. He is truly concerned with the health and safety of the customer. Most important, we were totally impressed with his expertise and effort to find the best solutions for mold removal in various areas. We are pleased with the work done and highly recommend his company. We feel confident that the mold in our house has been successfully removed."

They are professional, take their time to do things properly and not rushed, and made every effort to keep things clean and protect existing surfaces and areas. Most importantly, their pricing was excellent. They were 1/4 the cost of another MRC I contacted. As the scope of work got larger, they were reasonable at negotiating the new price as well. They also did not charge me by the day for keeping their air scrubbers longer than expected, which some MRCs do. I would use them again (but I hope I don't need to)."

They provided a wholesome solution at a fair cost with professional technical knowledge. They also provided a technical report after the job including pictures and follow up recommendations.
