"They did hardly anything and still charged me lots of money. Two of 3 toilets were left unclean as well as two bathroom sinks. Kitchen sink was untouched. I had asked only for work in kitchen and bathrooms but they were not professionally cleaned. The manager would not take responsibility for the shoddy work and tried to blame me for everything. I asked for a refund and she refused. Horrible experience. Avoid. Response to the Owner's Response: No, your company did not inform me of any of the things you said they did. They didn't tell me I needed any special cleaning service. They came, did some work, handed me a list of things checked off -- and the checked off items included some that would have been impossible for them to do, like wipe off tables and chairs in the kitchen -- BECAUSE THERE ARE NO TABLES AND CHAIRS IN THE KITCHEN. The cleaners didn't tell me they couldn't work on my house because of what they saw -- when I told the owner this she said that cleaners never inform customers of that in person out of fear for the safety (which I can understand) but that they always call in to the office by using an app, but that sometimes the app doesn't work, which happened in my case, and according to the owner happens quite a bit. If that's the case, why didn't they just phone the office or a supervisor? No reasonable answer for that. Also, she claimed they sent various documents to me by email, but I never received them. The reason: They spelled my email address wrong -- WHiCH THEY BLAMED ON ME! I always spell out my email to people. Learn to take down information correctly, people! YOU CANNOT GET AN EMAIL ADDRESS DOWN CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO HOW IT IS PRONOUNCED! Verify spellings and verify them again! Bottom line, this company provides lots of excuses but not much elbow grease."

"It was the best cleaning experience we have had in our home. With 3 children, a teenager and a pre-adolescent, and a 4-year-old baby. Every cleaning that the maidpro team does in our home has always been excellent. Thanks maid pro. for your hard work in my home."

"The work was half done. We did a walk through once completed and it looked as if nothing was done. There was absolutely no attention to detail. I had to clean some of the areas again myself. When I spoke with the company requesting some of my money back they put the onus on us. They said that the cleaners went over 5 hrs on 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. When they cleaned my house before they did upstairs and downstairs in 6 hrs…. Make it make sense. The cleaners were going back and forth arguing, but the one that spoke English was right, she explicitly told the lady not to Rush because when you rush you miss things. She was absolutely right. The other cleaner did a half tail job because she was rushing. This was absolutely horrible. And of course the company will not compensate for there poor services other than to send some more cleaners to half clean and hurry. No thank you. We will never use your services again. It’s the audacity of you to try and put the onus on us. That is terrible service at it’s finest."

"I was thrilled and full of anticipation as I waited to get my home professionally clean. The crew showed up, back of their shirts say “We are PROS”. Sadly the service I received on Monday was far from professional. They did a decent job vacuuming only exposed floor spaces, and cleaning the bathroom tubs. The inspector showed up and did very little inspection. She was more concerned with making the next appointment. That made me feel small and unnecessary. There’s still cobwebs on my ceiling and walls in every room. A empty small fridge in my room was not even wiped down. Trash was left behind chairs and sofa in my living room, they damaged my window blinds. The kitchen was barely cleaned, the floor wasn’t mopped, they only wiped the surface of the appliances. A crew of 3 people in my home for nearly 3 hours. More could and should have been done. Maybe the people you sent to my home that day don’t share your mission statement. I am not judging your company but the work speaks for itself. I am still looking for a company to contract with, I am sorry it didn’t work out."

"Diana and Emanuela are excellent! We used MaidPro to get back on track after our move in and recent pregnancy, the house needed some TLC. Once the team finished Our house looked model clean and organized. Now we are ready to continue furnishing and decorating our home. Maidpro gave us a clean canvas and we will need using their services again."
