"Great value for the $! Nice staff, clean well lit area with a drive through. A small error was made but the manager and girl working were quick to fix it and everything has been good ever since. Very clean and well managed! Looking forward to working with them in the future especially because the staff is very helpful."

"Drying clean or jeans seem to go fine. They ruined 2 pairs of laundered pants. There were burn marks on the fronts that matched where pockets were. I’m giving 2 stars because of the jeans and dry cleaning. Will be be finding another place."

"Ruined thousands of dollars of my clothes. They've left burn marks and holes, they've hung partially wet sweaters by the neck so the shoulders have stretched - although my tag says, "fold sweaters." They've starched silk shirts, destroyed buttons, left stains as if the clothes were mixed at wash time - light and dark together. They ask you to sort your clothes ahead of time - dry-cleaning vs. laundered - isn't that their job? I've bought my clothes all around the world - can they not look at the tag for laundering instructions? This went on for several months until I finally had to find a dry cleaner outside of Decatur. Look, this place is horrible; understaffed, owner never around, offered to redo my clothes while destroying them further - an absolute mess. I recently took in an old shirt to a new dry cleaner. Before laundering one of my ETON shirts ($265 from Sweden), they showed me a two-inch burn with a 1/2" hole. From a guy that travels for a living and needs his attire to be sport on, this is not the place to go."

"I took a pair of jeans and a shirt to be starched and pressed at about 730 on a Monday morning. I needed them by 11 o’clock on Wednesday. So on Tuesday afternoon, I go to pick it up after 5 o’clock and they can’t find the shirt, and the boy tells me he has no idea even where it is, it might not have gotten washed so it will be ready in the next day about 12 o’clock. Mind you I need it before 11. So I called to talk to the manager and he won’t be there until 2 o’clock the next day so I explain to the girl who answered the phone what the problem was, she said she would check on it and if she come up to the same conclusion that the boy did, she would call the manager and then call us back. The girl called us about 7:15-7:20 on Tuesday evening to tell us that it would be ready before 5 o’clock the next day. They did not care about what we needed it for, and I did tell them that it was for a funeral that my husband was a pallbearer in, and I wanted him to look nice. They did not care about that. They did not care about the customer at all. They could’ve said they would have it ready first thing Wednesday morning for us to pick up, but they did not. So we will not be using this business ever again. I encourage you to not take anything there, if you need it within a weeks time, they might lose it."

"The actual dry cleaning of my husband's suit went fine. The reason I am giving 2 stars is how poorly the customer service was. Not once, but the two times I entered the building (drop off and pick up), I was greeted by a young lady with brown hair behind the counter with a blank stare and a flat tone said "I'll be with you in a minute" and proceeded to keep folding clothes with a fellow coworker. It was awkward to say the least just standing there. It wasn't until an older lady came from the back (very nice lady) to help me. The same exact girl was behind the counter a few days later and she said the same exact thing to me, not even bothering to call someone up to the front to help. I felt disregarded as a customer. I will not be coming back. 2 stars instead of 1 because the dry cleaning itself was good."
