"Dr Brake & Dr Shoemake were the absolute best veterinarians. It’s sad that since 2020 Banfield has really went downhill. It’s all “drop your dog off”. I want to be with my Great Dane, they are too big and too sensitive to drop them off. Banfield doesn’t have large enough crates for them. My girl isn’t going to be miserable because they don’t want in person all anymore. They used to be so good and understanding with my pets. However we called with a Great Dane issue, anyone knowing Great Danes would know this was a serious emergency that needed to be seen immediately and we were told we could wait a week. Had I listened to them my baby would have died. Thank god there are other Vets I can trust to do the right thing. This ended my pets care with Banfield and I won’t look back. It’s sad the level service they dropped to is so poor."
