"The female vet technician and the front desk clerk were extremely helpful and polite, but the actual veterinarian was very short with me and didn’t really show interest in my concerns. He was in the room literally about 2 minutes (including my kitten’s exam time). After administering the vaccine, he left abruptly. I had to finish asking my questions with the tech, who had to check with him on the answer to one of my questions. I only came to this location because our family vet was booked up for weeks, and we just adopted our kitten. Wanted to get him off to a good start without treatment delays. Was considering keeping his care at Vetco, but have decided not to based on this first experience."

"From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out, all staff members were extremely kind and welcoming. They took great care of my cat, and I can already tell he’s feeling better with treatment. They even made sure to get him in a room right away so that he wouldn’t be stressed seeing a dog in the lobby. Everyone I interacted with was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate up front and I felt the prices were very fair. Thank you all for creating a stress-free experience for me and taking such great care of Waldo! He’s got the cleanest ears around now!"
