"Will never go to another VCA in my life. My location has shut down, and now I am considered a new patient. While I understand the policy, I dont understand why my cat is being punished for our home location closing. The only reason we have a Care Club membership is for the convenience of being able to come in for checkups. I payed for this months membership and wont even be able to set an appointmnet until NEXT month because wed be a new patient in their system. I can not believe that nothing was done to make this a smooth transition for clients of our old, closed, location. Not the employees fault, but so thoughtless and careless to just drop existing patients. Now for the second time in the last two weeks I need to visit a emergency vet because my cat has no vet that can see him. Despite the monthly membership I have been paying."

"I had to take one of my cats here multiple times, and the vets and staff were very kind to him and took good care of him. Special thanks to Dr. Hunt and Dr. Egan for being so kind and gentle with my cat and I."

"Well I use to live around the Elston Area (10 yrs ago) and that was the closest vet to me so I decided to give them a call because im having an issue with mt elderly dog who's not doing so well , anyways long story short I gave them a call for a question , I asked them my dogs been vomiting after drinking water and I have been prescribed amoxicillin for him , I just wanted to know if he drinks the medicine through water and possibly throws it up later on will he still get the meds and she said asked if I got the meds from them (VCA) I said no , she said well call the other place you got the meds from. Now I understand the whole thing about it's not their problem since I didn't go through them but right now I just needed help. Im going out of my mind I'm stressed up out , I'm hurt and I'm not doing well. I just needed some HELP That's all , she could've said I'm sorry but I can't give that info out over the phone and I would've accepted that but to tell me to go somewhere else just broke my heart , my dog isn't just my dog he's my son he's my baby and all I wanted was help..."

"Last year it cost $60 for a fecal test. This year it cost $120. They didn't even see my dog. I just dropped off a sample. Insane. All their other prices for basic services have shot up too. I found a new vet that we love with way better pricing. It's just a shame because the staff at VCA has always been so nice."

"I had been going to this vet for 5/6 years- I’m one year past the check up for my cats and one of them is having a flare up for something chronic that is on file and has been for years- Because I fell behind one year they won’t refill my prescription without a checkup which can’t be booked for another 2 months- the cost seems to go up each time I visit, ( $117 just for a check up now without any shots meds etc ) I can’t afford to wait and can no longer afford their prices. This vet very much seems to be for profit over pet at this point; It’s very disappointing."
