"24 month Update: We have a total of 12, yes that's 12, holes that have had to be patched and after calls email and many back and forth communications we finally have a $70k pool that looks like a patch pool from Walmart. All the holes are on the tanning ledge so they are really noticeable. But hey Aviva thanks for reaching out to me 6 months later. We spent over 70k on a fiberglass pool less then four months ago. The install was great the people were very helpful. However, after two months we noticed a hole in the pool. It was a surface hole and not all the way through. We called and it took warranty a month to fix it. They said the hole was caused by air caught in the mold when it was built. They said we would never see the patch. That was a lie. Fast forward to now 4 months later. We have yet another one. That is two holes in 4 months. And now people are not calling us back. Here are pictures of the hole and the fix."

"This company is part of Leisure and Imagine pools. They do not vet any of their “subcontractors”. They also will not stand behind their warranty if they think it is a subcontractor issue. Steer clear."
