"After being ghosted by a big company following an expensive leak detection, I was referred to Guardian by Flower Mound Pool Care. Guardian called me back same day, got a crew out within 10 days, and fixed the leak in under 4 hours. The process was very simple. The crew showed up early and worked quickly. The patch work in our decking is barely noticeable. Overall so relieved to finally have our leak fixed and impressed with Guardians care and swift work!!"

"We had two different repairs that needed to be done. One was replacing all of the mastic around the pool and a piece of coping rock that had come loose. The first crew that came out and did that were awesome. Very polite, quiet, and did a fantastic job. The second repair was a leak. The second crew came that out, again awesome, did the complete leak inspection. They found the leak and repaired it. Again , very polite, quiet and did a fantastic job. Both crews left everything exactly the way they found it. Super happy with Guardian."

"I recently purchased a house in Mesquite and inherited all the problems that came with the swimming pool. After contacting several pool companies that either don't answer, don't call back, don't have the time for new customers or don't show up for the job Guardian Pools did! Becky in the office was very professional, replied quickly to missed calls and had upfront prices. I had a leak detection test done and the team showed up on time and actually were able to come earlier in the week than scheduled. I was very happy with them and had them come out to replace my pool skimmer. They had flexible availability and also upfront price for the job. Some companies will tell you the prices can vary on the amount of work but they had a set price. Miguel and his team came out first thing in the morning and got right to work. I was very happy with the outcome. As for prices, pool care/maintenance is expensive but I thought their prices were fair. Will recommend them to anyone with a pool."

"Tech was nice enough. For a required cash payment of $750 for diagnosis I expected a comprehensive diagnosis of potential problems. After a $5k sauna stonework repair diagnosis, I questioned to my regular pool guy the solution and he said did they test the backwash valve losing water to the street? I said surely they did for the cost and effort after diver gear, die test, etc. They in fact don't include that test in their process. I got my problem resolved elsewhere for $400. Expected better results for the cost. Had a friend have success with this outfit for a pipe leak under the decking so I guess everyone can't be good at everything."
