"I live near Charlie’s Pool Service and hired him spring before last to resurface my pool and become my regular pool service. Being a creature of convenience I wanted to keep my business local. The resurfaced finished product had many uneven areas. Also when pool was refilled the water wasn’t attended to, was flooding and my neighbors politely came over to turn off my faucet. I continued with Charlie over the past year and a half only to be constantly disappointed as he didn’t answer my emails, concerns, questions in a timely manner. When we did speak I felt demeaned by his attitude. Recently he had a computer billing glitch; as result I never was billed for the entire summer until 2 days ago. Email said PAST DUE, the final straw was when his technician came on a Friday( my regular day of service) Saturday the day after my service, I noticed my pool water didn’t look clear and blue. I checked my equipment and noticed my salt cell light was on. Attention was NEEDED, not performed as I trust and pay a service to stay on top of my equipment. I then went to Leslie’s and had water tested and it had no Chlorine, acid or conditioner in the sample. I have also been home and watched weekly service performed without any brushing. If you are looking for someone with good customer service and follow up keep looking. I have hired a new service and in 2 visits very impressed with them keeping me in the loop. Explaining issues and of course came right out to service my salt cell as well as my filter. I think better communication and proactive commitment to your business would improve your customer satisfaction Charlie. Best wishes for your future endeavours"

"I do not recommend this guy to do any type of work on my pool. First of all, he never returns my phone call and when I do finally catches up with him, he claims thats he's been too busy. Secondly, he doesn't listen to what you have to say when trying to explain to him what you want. I've called and left numerous message on his voice-mail. So no, I wouldn't want him to work on anything because he has bad customer service"

He has been amazing ever since, on point, on time, and precise with his workmanship. We purchased a home with an older pool that needed major remodeling (30yr old pool) Within 2 weeks of reaching out to Charlie, we have a completely renovated and remodeled , amazingly beautiful pool. Charlie and his team worked tirelessly in the blazing heat. Professional quality service. I would give him a hundred stars if possible. I can not thank him enough for all his hardwork, dedication, professionalism and quality of service."
