"I have been using Leslie's for almost 20 years for pool supplies. In both Arizona and now, in Texas. My maintenance team has been going to this store for over two years now and we have had two bad experiences, both with Jailyn. First, my maintenance tech came in saying that Jailyn gave her attitude and then on Monday morning, I had the same experience. I called the corporate number and was told that I would receive communication from the Regional Manager. Now, as of 7/12, two days later, I have not heard from them, which is resulting in this review. Not only was Jailyn dressed unprofessionally in her red, hooded sweatshirt, she did not great me when I walked in, gave me attitude when I told her what she tried to sell me first wasn't correct and then tried to say I was yelling at her and followed me out of the store after needing two transactions because she was trying to refuse service to me. I don't always understand pool chemicals as I was just told to go pick up chemicals we need for our pool. She had no patience for me and demanded that I respect her. I'm sorry but respect and empathy should have been given when I wasn't sure as to what exactly I needed for our almost 80,000 gallon pool."

"Great employees, overpriced items, not enough staff to help with answering questions and assisting customers. It a real shame that Leslies has the market cornered, but cuts back and makes the shopping experience so painful. If you know what you need already unfortunately buying online is better."
