Previous companies never could seem to keep our filter pressure where it should be, but now that we have Chelsea as our regular technician, I can go out to my pool anytime and the flow is always exactly where it’s supposed to be. "We have had great service from this company for years. However, for the past year they have not been properly servicing our pool. Our pool was clear for almost two weeks this summer after multiple complaints. However, less than two weeks after they shocked the pool due to complaints, it is green and not swimmable again. Unfortunately, I paid for pool cleaning and water treatment for a full year. I did see the company vehicle in my drive way twice last month which was about the time my pool was clear for the two weeks. Other than those two weeks there is no proof that the company even shows up to my property to treat my pool water. If they are showing up weekly then they obviously have no clue what they are doing."
