"I was passing my surprised by the size and quality of the pool. My experience with previous HOAs is that they just maintain a basic pool which is borderline grubby. I was very impressed with the state of the pool and the size of it. Only she would be the bathrooms, could definitely use some AC or air flow in there."

"It's a very nice pool area. The security was friendly and attentive. The only drawbacks is the main pool is a little shallow, the deepest part is under 5 feet. Most importantly though, is no alcohol allowed. Wish they would at least allow cans. Otherwise it was a good time and I look forward to visiting my family again in the future and enjoying the facilities."
